This notice covers purchases, the free template preview and the email forms on this site.

Template previews

Details entered into the template editor are held only in the current page. They are not sent to our server or saved after a refresh. PDF and Word downloads contain the original placeholders, not your preview entries.

Email updates

If you join an email list, we store your email address, the resource you selected, your consent and the time of signup. We use this to send the updates you asked for, and nothing else.

Your choice

Signing up is optional. You can use the free templates without joining the list. A new signup provides an unsubscribe link. Keep that link to delete that subscription. Any future marketing email will also include a way to unsubscribe.

Service providers

Our website hosting, database, payment and email providers process information to operate this site. Payments are handled by Stripe, and order emails are sent by our email provider. Technical request information may be processed for delivery and security. We do not sell your details or add advertising trackers to this site.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. When you buy a pack, we store your email address, the item purchased, the amount and the time, so we can deliver your download links and keep your order record. Download links stay active for 30 days.

Terms of use

Each purchase licenses the templates for use in your own short stay business, across the properties you manage. You can adapt and edit them freely for that purpose. You cannot resell, redistribute or publish the files, and you cannot supply them to anyone outside your business. The templates are operational aids. They are not legal, tax or compliance advice, and they do not guarantee any booking or earnings outcome.

Refunds

Our packs are digital downloads with instant access, so we do not offer refunds for change of mind once your download links have been issued. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. If a file is faulty, not as described or will not download, email [email protected] and we will fix it, replace it or refund it.
