Every pack is a living document. When templates improve or new resources are added, the edition number moves — and your download and personalise links always serve the latest edition.

Added a printable one-pager to every pack: a guest welcome card (Guest Communications), a turnover checklist (Operations), an emergency information card (Compliance) and a seasonal rate card (Pricing and Setup). Every pack now also includes a Google Docs edition of the main document, formatted to convert cleanly when you upload it to Google Drive.
